I had a situation whereby my wife retained our two children following a holiday to Australia and never returned. I thought I was never going to see my children again. But after a very carefully articulated planning, a case was developed to have the children returned under the 1980 Hague Convention, and after some very serious false allegations were made against me. My children were returned after 344 days of being away. Anthony Louca Solicitors successfully won a return order. Then my ex wife (as Anthony Louca had filed my divorce petition) applied for an Application to Leave to Remove to permanently take the children from the UK jurisdiction.
